摘    要:基于虚拟仪器的智能测试仪系统由工控机、卡式仪器、专用接口、测控软件等组成.工控机完成测试仪自检、信号转接板和测试流程控制、数据库管理、结果显示和存储等.信号由多用表卡、示波器卡测试并获取.被测信号由专用接口转接.测控软件以事件驱动、回调函数与交互式程序,完成静态参数综合测试.

Abstract:The system of intelligent test device based on virtual instrument is composed of industry computer, card type instrument, and special interface, control software etc. The self-test of intelligent device, signal interface and test flow control, database management, and result display and storage is finished with industry computer. The signal was tested and obtained by a multi-meter card or oscillograph card, tested signal was transferred through special interface. The integration test for static parameter was completed by control software as well as event-driven, callback functions and interactive program.
