PET直纺生产线的扩容改造

原设计负荷600 t/d的PET装置经工艺优化达到800 t/d的生产能力,聚合能力过剩,而纺丝的生产能力不足。通过优化重组熔体输送管线实现纺丝生产线的改造升级,先于2006年增加2条POY纺丝线,2010年再次扩容增加4条POY纺丝线,投产后生产运行稳定,经济效益显著。

PET direct spinning production line capacity expanding transformation

After process optimization,the production capacity of the original design capacity 600 t/d PET plant can reach 800 t/d.The polymerization ability was surplus while the spinning ability was deficient.By optimization and restruction of the melt transportation pipeline,the transformation and upgrading of spinning production line was realized.Two POY spinning production line were increased in 2006.Four POY production line was added by the second capacity expanding in 2010.After putting into operation,the production operation is steady.The economic benefit is significant.
