| 摘 要： | 针对20 g/m2薄型PET纺黏非织造布生产过程中遇到的问题,从切片含水率、纺丝工艺、牵伸工艺、生产速度、侧吹风冷却、成网机、热轧机温度、压力等方面进行工艺探讨,并针对性提出相应的工艺条件,生产出合格的产品。

| Abstract: | According to the problems in the production process of 20 g/m2 thin-type PET spunbond non-woven fabric,the process was studied from the aspects such as chip water content,spinning process,drawing process,production speed,quench air cooling,temperature and pressure of lapper and hot rolling mill.The corresponding process conditions were put forward.Qualified products were produced. |
