激光加工处理技术在冶金设备备件修复中的应用

摘    要:介绍了激光加工处理技术在冶金企业备品备件修理修复中的应用情况,采用激光淬火、激光熔凝、激光熔覆等技术对备品备件进行修理修复,可大幅度提高备件的使用性能和寿命,并获得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Advance laser processing technology e.g. laser quenching and laser deposited malt etc.were adopted to repair the metallurgical equipment's spare parts in JIGANG. As a result, the property of these spare parts were improved and their lift time was lengthened and the evidence benefit have been obtained.
