基于PID神经网络的热轧切头飞剪位置控制研究

摘    要:热轧切头飞剪位置控制是一复杂的非线性控制,对传统的飞剪位置控制方式进行了改进,建立了一种基于PID神经网络(PIDNN)的飞剪位置控制系统,并采用C 编程语言,对日照1 580 mm热连轧切头飞剪位置控制系统进行实时仿真.仿真结果表明了此PIDNN位置控制系统具有良好的自适应跟随性和控制精度,其响应速度快,无超调,控制效果优于传统PID控制.

Abstract:Position control for flying shear of cutting punch at hot strip mill is a very complicated nonlinear control,the mode of traditional position control for flying shear was improved,and a kind of position control system for flying shear based on PID neural network controller design method was put forward,then C program language was used to simulate this system timely,which is at 1 580 mm hot strip mill in Rizhao.The simulation results show that this kind of new position controller has good performances of adaptively tracking target and high control precision,its response speed is high and without overshoot,which is superior to the traditional PID control in improving the cutting precision.
