齿轮箱故障诊断技术现状及展望

摘    要:从齿轮箱故障机理研究、信号处理技术、故障诊断方法等方面对齿轮箱诊断技术的现状进行了讨论.列举并分析了小波分析、模态分析、粗糙集理论、群体智能理论、生物免疫机理等理论在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用,展望了齿轮箱故障诊断技术的发展.对现有齿轮箱诊断技术研究急待解决的问题提出了看法.

Abstract:The status quo of gearbox fault diagnosis theories and technologies is discussed including the gearbox fault study on its mechanism, signal processing technology, and the diagnosis methodology. Specially, the applications of some new theories to the gearbox fault diagnosis, such as wavelet analysis, empirical mode decomposition, rough set, swarm intelligence, biological immune mechanism, etc. , are listed and analyzed. The future technology development of gearbox fault diagnosis is proposed. In the end some existent problems of gearbox fault diagnosis are pointed out.
