粘胶基活性炭纤维的制备

摘    要:以粘胶基纤维为原料,用磷酸盐浸渍,水蒸汽活化,制备了ACF。对磷酸盐的浓度、固液比、浸渍时间、活化温度、活化时间、条件进行了考察,并对ACF的孔结构和吸附性能进行了表征。结果表明,在一定条件下所制得的ACF主要以微孔为主,对有机饱和蒸汽有良好的吸附性能。

Abstract:Rayon-based activated carbon fiber was prepared from Rayon fiber which was impregnated with phosphate solution and activated with water vapour. The preparation conditions such as the content of phosphate solution, the ration of solid to liquid, immersion time, activation temperature, activation time were studied. At the same time,pore structure,adsorption properties were determined. The experimental results indicate that ACF with main micropore,excellent adsorption ability to organic saturated vapour can be produced by controlling suitable conditions.
