| Abstract: | The design gist of quadruple mould unloading hot core box heated by coal gas was analyzed on the basis of mould design experience many years. The effect of mould structures, materials and heat treatment, as well as mould locating, flask line selecting, processing parameters selecting, exhaustion means and thermal expand on the using properties was expounded. |
