摘    要:对煤气加热四开模热芯盒模具的设计要点进行分析,阐述模具结构,材质、热处理工艺对模具使用性能的影响,结合工厂实际状况,对模具的定位方式、分模线选择、工艺参数选择、排气方式、热膨胀所带来的影响等进行说明。

Abstract:The design gist of quadruple mould unloading hot core box heated by coal gas was analyzed on the basis of mould design experience many years. The effect of mould structures, materials and heat treatment, as well as mould locating, flask line selecting, processing parameters selecting, exhaustion means and thermal expand on the using properties was expounded.
