摘 要: | 概述了国内外纳米氧化锌制备技术的研究进展,对主要技术的制备过程和工艺特点进行了介绍.介绍了国内外纳米氧化锌的生产现状,通过对主要制备技术工业化生产前景的比较,提出了以尿素为沉淀剂,硝酸锌为含锌原料均匀沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌的工艺路线,研究了相关的工艺过程及反应条件、反应产物的洗涤和纳米氧化锌的煅烧,对存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行了讨论.

Current Situation and Development of Nano-ZnO |

Abstract: | The research developments on manufactural technology of nano-ZnO were introduced. This paper also described the manufactural process and characteristics of major technologies as well as the current situation of production of nano-ZnO both at home and abroad. Through the comparison of production prospects of major manufactural technologies, it presented the technological route of the manufacture of nano-ZnO by homogeneous precipitation method with urea as the precipitator and zinc nitrate as zinky raw material. The relative processes, reaction condition, washing of reactant and calcination of nano-ZnO were studied and the existent problems and future research direction were discussed. |
