摘    要:在UG的有限元分析模块中,建立液压支架立柱的有限元模型。通过不同的加载方案,对双伸缩立柱的活柱、中缸、外缸、导向套和整体结构进行详尽的强度分析,为液压支架的设计、生产提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The computational model of a hydraulic support column was established in finite element analysis module of UG.By different loading programs,we carried out a detailed stress analysis on the dual telescopic column including center cylinder,outer cylinder,guide sleeve and so on.It may lay the theoretical basis for the design,production and optimization of hydraulic supports.
