摘    要:叙述了为应对由于自然灾害对电力系统正常运行破坏引发应急事件,基于GIS技术,将二维和三维相结合,建立的电网应急系统平台以及其为电网应急建设提供的强有力保障。

Abstract:In order to meet emergency event caused by the normal operation of power system damage due to natural calamities. Based on GIS technology and combined the two-dimensional and three-dimensional,established emergency power system platform provided strong protection for grid emergency construction.
