工程机械电控液力驱动冷却系统的设计与研究

摘    要:以工程机械的冷却系统为研究对象,采用AT89C51单片机对其进行控制。主要介绍了电控液力驱动冷却系统的组成,以及其控制部分的硬件和系统软件设计。研究结果表明:该冷却控制系统装置可以有效地解决工程机械内燃机过热和液压油冷却不足等问题,同时,还具有冷却性能好、体积小、温度检测准确等特点,能够很好地满足现代工程机械发动机冷却系统的发展要求。
