通用桥式起重机金属结构设计与验证

摘    要:首先介绍了金属结构在起重机领域的重要性,根据桥式起重机金属结构载荷与载荷组合表对其结构基于许用应力法设计中的载荷计算作了详细介绍。分析了在桥式起重机结构设计中主梁截面所需验证的危险点以及对应的强度、刚度及稳定性,并对其进行了结构验证。应用实例分析表明,起重机金属结构的载荷与载荷组合表对起重机的结构设计及验证起到了重要作用。
