基于自动焦度计的图像采集和处理系统的分析研究

摘    要:焦度计主要用于测量眼镜片的各项参数,是国家强制配镜使用产品之一。全自动焦度仪测量数据客观、准确、速度快、精度高,在眼镜片行业检测中得到了广泛的应用。介绍了焦度计的工作原理,主要对全自动焦度计中的图像采集、处理系统方案的选型做了研究,提出了一套合理的图像采集、处理系统方案,并已得到验证实施,证明该方案可行。

Abstract:Auto lensmeter is mainly used for measuring the parameters of eye glasses,which is one of the products stated to force application.Auto lensmeter can measure the data objectively,accurately,fast and with high precision.It has been applied widely to lens industry.This article briefly describes the working principle,and then focuses on the research of image gathering and selection of processing system.It has put forward a reasonable image gathering and processing system,which is feasible.
