| 摘 要： | 叙述了中国可再生能源法颁布和实施后,风电超常规发展的势态,中国风电发展在地域分布、电厂规模、接入电网电压等级和风电机组性能等方面的特点以及风电对电网调峰、调频、电压控制、安全稳定运行和调度运行管理方面的影响,中国风电并网中存在的问题及原因,提出,从风电与电网和电源的协调发展、相关政策和标准体系建设、风电机组性能的提升以及加强风电运行管理等方面的改进措施和建议。
