| 摘 要： | 边界扫描技术作为新技术下高集成度电路板的测量工具,已经越来越受到人们的青睐。介绍了边界扫描各模块的功能及它们之间的相互关系,以及国内外广泛使用的边界扫描软件ASSET的原理和工作过程,避免在使用ASSET软件过程中,因导入错误的网络表而导致扫描失败。
