摘    要:研究了砂石含泥量对聚羧酸减水剂的减水率和混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,并与萘系减水剂进行了对比.试验结果表明,随着含泥量的增加,无论是聚羧酸减水剂还是萘系减水剂,均将降低混凝土减水率、强度、坍落度等.在生产中必须严格控制砂、石的含泥量,从而保证混凝土的质量.

Abstract:This article studies influences of sand and mud quantity on properties of water reducing ratio of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and on concrete compressive strength.Naphthalene-type superplasticizer is also compared to it in test.Test result shows that with the increase of sand clay,either polycarboxylate superplasticizer or naphthalene type superplasticizer decreases the concrete water reducing ratio,strength,slump and so on.So it must be strictly controlled to guarantee the concrete quality.
