乙酸甲酯水解新技术及其在PTA生产中的应用

摘    要:叙述了PTA生产中副产物乙酸甲酯产生的机理及它对工艺和环境的不利影响。使用福州大学的乙酸甲酯水解专利技术,将乙酸甲酯水解成乙酸和甲醇,乙酸做为溶剂循环利用,甲醇做为产品外售。有效地降低PTA的原辅料乙酸单耗,减少了排放废气中的乙酸甲酯含量,下降幅度达72%。

Abstract:The generated mechanism of the by product methyl acetate in PTA production and the disadvantageous effects of methyl acetate on technology and environment were recounted.By using the patent hydrolysis technique of Fuzhou University,methyl acetate as the by product of PTA plant can be hydrolyzed into acetic acid and methanol.AcOH can be reused as solvent,MeOH can be sold as product. So by using the AcOCH3 hydrolysis unit not only the unit consumption of raw material AcOH can be cut down,but also the content of AcOCH3 in off-gas can be reduced,the reduced scope can reach 72%.
