整体壁板蒙皮曲面几何展开方法研究

摘    要:壁板蒙皮曲面的合理展开对节省材料、降低成本和保证成形质量有重要意义,同时,也是壁板成形数值模拟的前提条件。壁板蒙皮曲面一般是小曲率,成形过程中发生的面内变形不大,采用基于面积不变假设的几何模拟法对壁板蒙皮曲面的展开进行了研究。通过可展曲面的展开结果与理论值的对比,验证了算法的精度;同时满意地预测出某型飞机壁板蒙皮的毛坯形状。

Abstract:The reasonable development of panel skin surface plays an important role in material economization, cost reduction and quality assurance of parts, and besides, is the primary condition of process simulation. The panel skin surface with small curvature, and undertakes small in-plane deforming in forming process. Consequently based on the assumption of constant area of surface, the development of panel skin surface which adopted geometric modeling Method was researched in the article. Comparison of theoretical results and development results of developable surface confirmed the accuracy of algorithm. The result of doubly curved surface forecasted the shape of the blank of certain aircraft panel skin successfully.
