循环流化床锅炉脱硝工艺研究

摘    要:适合循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的NOx减排的技术只有SNCR工艺,CFB锅炉由于其床温低、分级燃烧NOx初始排放较其他炉型低很多。但若执行新环保标准要求,有些CFB锅炉也无法满足要求,因此需要进行脱硝,SNCR工艺主要与反应区温度、氨氮摩尔比、反应时间和混合程度等有关,主要对反应区温度和氨氮摩尔比进行了研究。

Abstract:Only SNCR process is suitable for circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler’s NOx emission reduction,its NOx initial discharge is much lower than other type of furnace,due to its low bed temperature,staged combustion.But if the implementation of the new standards of environmental protection,some CFB boiler can not meet the requirements,so denitration is need.SNCR process efficiency is about with the reaction temperature,reaction time,molar ratio of ammonia nitrogen and mixed degree and so on,this paper focuses on the reaction temperature and molar ratio of ammonia nitrogen were studied,put forward practical significance of the conclusions.
