历史文化街区保护与发展的泛社会价值研究——以成都市为例

在历史文化街区保护已经成为一种常识的背景下,与历史文化街区相关的各类社群对于这一地域如何发展,以及如何处理保护与发展关系的问题却争论不休,其争论核心就是历史文化街区的“价值”.为了更加全面地了解这一区域对于整个社会的综合价值构成关系,以及这种价值对现代城市生活施加影响的机制,以国家级历史文化名城成都为样本,选择了四个典型街区进行调研.研究发现:不同社群基于自身立场的价值评判标准差异巨大；而且不同保护发展思路的具体建设成果在不同人群心目中的现实价值也存在巨大反差.基于这些研究成果,从社会学的角度对历史文化街区之于城镇的意义进行反思和推演,探讨了怎样的城镇历史文化保护和建设标准能最大限度地保护文化,同时又能够切实促进文化的真正延承.

STUDY ON PAN-SOCIAL VALUES OF HISTORIC DISTRICT PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT: A CASE STUDY ON CHENGDU

In the background when the historic district protection has become a kind of social common sense, the stakeholders of historic district are still arguing about how to develop the region and how to deal with the relationship between protection and development. The core argument is based on the "value" of these regions. In order to know more about the relationship between the region and the comprehensive social value system composition, and the mechanism that the value system influences the modern urban life, the research team took Chengdu, a national historic city, as the sample and chose four typical districts to conduct the survey. It is found that different social groups in different positions have very different evaluation criteria, and also very different views and attitudes about the same construction results. Base on the research results, the paper re-examines and deduces the significance of historic district on the city from the sociological point of view, and explores what kind of protection and development standards can maximally protect the culture and promote the cultural continuation at the same time.
