光伏高渗透下的台区降损策略研究

摘    要:光伏发电受天气和光照强度的影响,输出功率具有间歇性、波动性的特点。随着越来越多以光伏为主的新能源接入配电台区,不仅改变了单端电源供电模式,还将对台区的安全稳定运行带来较大影响。光伏电源是对台区供电的一种补充,考虑光伏电源的随机出力特性,结合台区典型特征信息,科学合理对光伏高渗透台区开展损耗机理分析,在保证电网安全可靠性和运行经济性的前提下,以节能降损为目的研究光伏容量、位置、功率因数等因素对台区运行产生的影响。通过实例仿真得到不同容量以及不同位置接入光伏台区损耗规律,研究光伏高渗透台区节能降损技术,进而探索光伏电源在台区的接入方案,实现光伏电源接入方式的优化,对降低台区的损耗具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:Photovoltaic power generation is affected by weather and illumination intensity, its output power has the characteristics of intermittency and fluctuation.As more and more new energy mainly photovoltaic is connected to the distribution station area, it not only changes the single-end power supply mode, but also brings great influence on the safe and stable operation of the station. Photovoltaic power supply is a supplement to the station power supply.In this paper, the random output characteristics of photovoltaic power and the typical characteristics of the station were taken into account to carry out a scientific and reasonable analysis of the loss mechanism of the photovoltaic high penetration station. Under the premise of ensuring the safety, reliability and operation economy of the power grid, the influence of photovoltaic capacity, location, power factor and other factors on the operation of the station was studied for the purpose of energy saving and loss reduction. In this paper, the random output characteristics of photovoltaic power and the typical characteristics of the station were taken into account to carry out a scientific and reasonable analysis of the loss mechanism of the photovoltaic high penetration station. Under the premise of ensuring the safety, reliability and operation economy of the power grid, the influence of photovoltaic capacity, location, power factor and other factors on the operation of the station was studied for the purpose of energy saving and loss reduction.Through the case simulation, the loss law of the photovoltaic platform area with different capacities and different positions was obtained. This paper studied the energy saving and loss reduction technology of the photovoltaic high permeability platform area, and then explored the access scheme of photovoltaic power supply in the platform area, and realized the optimization of the access mode of photovoltaic power supply, which has important practical significance for reducing the loss of the platform area.
