水库综合信息管理平台关键技术研究与应用

摘    要:通过对大中型水库水利信息化系统应用现状的分析,针对数据分散、交互能力差、可视化能力低、权限管理缺乏等系统研发及应用难题,开展水库综合信息管理平台相关技术研究。管理平台关键技术包括:利用 ETL 工具对库区多专业整合形成平台专业业务数据库,实现基于海量数据的监测资料分析;灵活配置数据源向访问层提供屏蔽数据库厂商差异性的统一数据接口,实现基于 JWT 鉴权和 RBAC 模型的用户权限与接口访问控制;利用工程 CAD 制图转换成 SHP 格式,提高水库综合信息可视化表达能力。基于关键技术开发的水库综合信息管理平台在多个水库得以应用,可有效提高水库运行效率,减轻运行管理人员的工作量,为其他大中型水库信息化建设提供参考。

Research and application of key technologies of reservoir information management platform

Abstract:By analyzing the application status of the existing information systems of big and medium-sized reservoirs, related technology research of reservoir integrated information management platform is carried out in view of the problems of system research and application such as data dispersion, poor interaction ability, low visualization ability and lack of authority management. Key technologies of the platform include: using ETL tools to integrate multiple specialties in the reservoir area to form a professional business database of the platform, and realize monitoring data analysis based on massive data; flflexible confifiguration of the data source and providing unifified data interface to access layers of database vendor differences by shielding, and realize user authority and interface access control based on JWT authentication and RBAC model; using CAD to convert into SHP format to improve the visualization expression ability of reservoir comprehensive information. Based on key technologies, the comprehensive reservoir information management software is developed and applied in several reservoirs, which can effectively improve the operation effificiency of those reservoirs, reduce the workload of operation management personnel, and provide references for other large and medium-sized reservoir information construction.
