基于小波分析的水泵机组振动故障诊断

摘    要:介绍了小波分析的基本原理、多分辨率分析的特点以及与Matlab相结合后在故障信号分析方面所具有的灵活、简洁直观等优势,并通过具体的信号分析,探讨了其用于故障诊断的可行性及其在定位信号成分的情况下相对于传统的傅里叶分析的优越性,且通过小波系数的分析和处理,可消去原始信号中与故障无关的信息、定位突变点、奇异性检测等,结合水泵机组振动故障的研究,提出小波分析用于故障诊断的基本步骤,在清楚水泵机组振动故障信号特征的情况下,能有效地进行水泵机组的故障诊断.

Abstract:The paper describes the theory,multiresolution characteristics of the wavelet analysis and the superiority of nimble,succinct direct-viewing,etc.,in analyzing fault signal combining with Matlab.It also discusses the feasibility and advantages of the wavelet analysis compared with the traditional Fourier analysis for fault diagnosis through specific signal analysis.The wavelet analysis can eliminate the useless information in the primary signal,fix point of discontinuity,and detect the irregularity,etc.,through analyzing and processing the wavelet coefficients.The basic steps of the wavelet analysis for fault diagnosis are put forward,combining the study of vibration fault of pump unit.The wavelet analysis can carry out the fault diagnosis effectively with the clear characteristics of vibration fault signal of pump unit.
