中国古代及现代泥型铸造

摘    要:泥型是中国古代创造的三大造型技术之一。解放后泥型铸造有了很大的发展,用钢筋混凝土和炭渣作型胚制成的泥型每年生产一亿口铁锅,用这种方法不仅增长了泥型使用寿命,而且提高了劳动生产率。泥型成本低,制作工艺简单,可一型多铸,生产的铸件表面光洁。泥型挤压铸造工艺是一种先进的工艺,适于生产形状简单的铸件,具有很高的生产率。

Abstract:Clay molding is one of three major molding technologies that ancient Chinese people created. Clay Mold foundry has been greatly developed since liberation. Every year Clay molding, can produce 100,000,000 iron cooking pots. The clay mold which is made of steel-and-reinforced concrete and carbon slag, has proved its long llfe and high productivity. Its cost is low and the technology simple. One clay mold can produce many castinges, with smooth surfaces. The technology of clay mold squeeze casting is an advanced technology, which is especially good for simple castinges. The productivity is high.
