摘    要:实践教育环节是高等工科院校培养工程人才的一个重要组成部分.如何实施有效的教育措施来培养合格的工程技术人才,仍然是众多教学工作者不断在探索的热门课题.针对课程设计和综合实验中普遍存在的重形式轻内容的问题,提出"把握多元化方向,强调个性化发展"的基本宗旨;探索在实践环节中分类指导和区别评价的教学改革模式,力求适合大多数学生的不同需求,达到个性化发展的目标,使总体教学效果得以改进.

Abstract:Practice education is an important link in high colleges of engineering. What kind of effective strategy is better used to engineering talents training?That is still hot topic now. This article is aim at two areas of curriculum design and comprehensive experiment, the example and analysis are given. The more different topics can get more individual orientation for student practice training. The distinguishing and evaluating are key reforms in professional education. Training with multi - target will be appropriate for most students in engineering - type talents.
