焦化分馏塔顶塔盘结盐的处理措施

摘    要:针对广州分公司延迟焦化装置分馏塔顶塔盘结盐(主要成分为NH4Cl)的情况,分析了原因,指出在线水洗是分馏塔顶塔盘结盐较为有效的解决的方法,应对结盐的其它措施包括提高塔顶部返塔物流温度、在顶循泵入口添加结盐控制剂、分馏塔顶更换为有自洁作用的塔盘、减小吹汽量或缩短吹气时间等。

Abstract:The salts (mainly NH4 C1) deposited on the delayed coker overhead trays in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company. After analysis of deposition causes, the on-line water washing was found to be a good solution to salt deposition problem. The other measures to control salt position include raising the temperatures of returning streams at tower overhead, adding salt deposition inhibitor at inlet of the overhead recycle pump, replacing overhead tower trays with self-cleaning trays and reducing steam vapor purging Or shortening purging time, etc.
