基于Windows操作系统的发动机瞬态工况试验数据高速采集系统

摘    要:应用步进电机设计了发动机台架瞬态试验控制系统。利用发动机曲轴位置传感器产生的信号外部触发A/D转换。基于Windows操作系统,应用多线程和双缓冲方法实现了发动机瞬态工况试验数据的高速实时采集和存储。试验结果表明:该数据采集及试验控制系统能够完成发动机不同瞬态工况台架试验的控制和实时性要求高的试验数据的采集与存储,为发动机瞬态过程的试验研究和控制策略的开发提供了有力的试验研究手段。

Abstract:The control system for IC engine transient operation experiments was developed with a step motor. Based on multiple threads and double buffer technologies of Windows OS, the high-speed real-time data acquisition and storage were achieved through A/D conversion, which was externally triggered by signals from a crankshaft angle sensor. The results of the bench test show that the data acquisition and control system can accomplish the control of engine experiments under different transient operations and acquire and store the real-time data during the experiments. The system paves the road to conducting the transient operation experiments and developing the control strategies.
