| Abstract: | while introducing the development of the legislation of the crime committed by the officials of the nation performing their duty, the article puts emphasis on the discussion of the meaning of being an official in accordance with the current crime law of the nation. It also elucidates both the scopes of the departments of the nation prescribed by the constitution and the connotation of the performance of their respective administrative duties on behalf of the nation, while aiming at the controversy in the theoretical circles. |
