摘    要:天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝安全监理项目齐全,包括变形监测,渗流监测,压力,应力和温度监测及地震反则等,其中面板脱空变形等项目的观测在国内外尚属首次,大坝已经埋设的仪器大部分工作正常,运行良好,其观测成果反映了施工期大坝的工作性态变化,发展趋势和分布规律,其安全监测质量得到了比较全面,有效的控制,为监测大坝运行安全,指导施工和评价大 质量提供了比较可靠的依据,也为我国高面板坝安全监测系统的建立

Abstract:The safety monitoring items of Tianshengqiao concrete facing rockfill dam is complete, including deformation, seepage, pressure, stress, temperate and earthquake response, etc. Among them, the deformation observation of facing slab is the first one at home and abroad. Most of the buried observation devices are normally working and their observation achievements reflect the working performance changes, development trend and distribution law of the dam during construction period. Its safety monitoring quality has been completely and effectively controlled. The observation results provide comparatively reliable basis for monitoring the safe operation of dam, guiding dam construction and evaluating the construction quality of dam and also accumulate the experience for the establishment of safety monitoring system of high concrete facing rockfill dam in China.
