温度对旋风分离器分离性能影响的数值研究

摘    要:对不同温度条件下旋风分离器的压力损失和分离效率进行了数值研究.在数值预测时,气相场采用雷诺应力输运模型,应用随机轨道模型来模拟湍流流场中颗粒的运动轨迹.给出了不同温度条件下旋风分离器的压力损失和分离效率,并与实验数据以及经验模型的数据进行了比较.结果表明:压力损失和分离效率都随着温度的升高而降低,相对于经验模型而言,数值计算和实验数据吻合得更好.图10表1参12

Abstract:The pressure loss and separation efficiency under various temperature conditions of cyclones has been numerically studied.The gas flow fields were simulated by a Reynold's stress Transport Model(RSTM) and the stochastic tracking approach was used for simulating the trajectories of particles in a turbulent current.The pressure loss and the separation efficiency of cyclone separators under various temperature conditions is being presented and compared with experimental data and also with those obtained by means of empirical models.Results indicate that the pressure loss and the separation efficiency both decrease with rising temperature and that the numerically calculated values are in better agreement with experimental data than those obtained with empirical models.Figs 10,table 1 and refs 12.
