| 摘 要： | 针对现场设备分散、巡检数据采集处理、运行维护管理等方面存在的问题，开发研究出监测维护指令化系统。该系统不仅能分析处理重要设备在线监测的信号，同时能收集处理巡检资料，根据巡检资料处理结果，发出巡检和维护指令，并能根据设备运行趋势及时调整巡检周期和提前安排维护作业，为保证设备正常运行、避免恶性事故、降低运行维护成本提供更可靠的技术保障。

| Abstract: | A monitoring maintenance instructional system is developed to solve problems related to checking and maintenance management of relatively scattering field equipment.This system can analyze key equipment online monitoring signals,collect and process checking data,and thus send checking and maintenance commands.Also,it can realize checking cycle adjustment according actual equipment status,ensuring that equipment runs well;that no severe accidents happen;and that maintenance cost is reduced. |
