核电厂安全壳结构的内压承载能力计算分析

摘    要:安全壳结构的承载能力计算分析需要考虑钢绞线和混凝土的力学特性。采用正交异性膜单元模拟正交方向的预应力钢束,并分析预应力损失随时间的变化,对服役的安全壳进行有限元分析,提出安全壳结构的分析步骤。以某核电厂安全壳结构的分析与试验数据对比,证明了方法的可行性,并对安全壳进行了极限承载力分析。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of steel wires and concrete should be considered in the calculation and analysis of containment structure.The prestressed steel wires are simulated using orthotropic material properties membrane element.The finite element analysis of containment in service is based on dynamic prestressing losing of steel wires with time and the steps of analysis are put foward.Taking a nuclear power plant containment for example,the result of comparison between calculation data and the measuring data shows the feasibility of this way of analysis.The ultimate bearing capacity of containment structure is also analyzed.
