澳大利亚美利奴绵羊皮组织结构观察

本文通过光学显微镜对澳大利亚美利奴绵羊皮组织结构进行了观察。结果表明澳洲美利奴羊皮表皮很薄，只有整张皮厚度的0.82%-1.31%，而真皮层较厚，其乳头层占到真皮厚度的50%-75%左右。美利奴羊皮的乳头层里有丰富的汗腺、脂腺和数目众多的毛囊。在乳头层和网状层的分界处，胶原纤维稀少并且编织疏松，使得两层之间的连续较弱，如果处理不当会导致两层分离。该种羊皮的脂腺非常发达，在网状层的上层有一由游离脂肪细胞形成的脂肪层。弹性纤维乳头层中分布发达，而网状层中却极少存在。

Observation on Histological Structure of Australia Merino Sheepskin

In the paper,the histological structure of Australia Merino sheepskin was observed by optical microscope.The results showed that the epidermis of Australia Merino sheepskin is fairly thin;it is only approx.0.82%-1.13% to the whole skin.The corium of this type of skin is thick,and the papillary layer is approx.50%-75%to the corium.In the papillary layer of the Merino sheepskin,there are numerous of the hair follicles,sweat glands and sebaceous glands.At the boundary between the papillary layer and reticular layer,the collagen fiber has a small quantity and its weave is loose,which weakens the connection of this two layers,if treated improperly,the skin would tend to separate into two layers.The sebaceous glands of australia Merino sheepskin are highly developed,and at the up layer of the reticular a fat layer was formed by free fat cells.The elastic fiber of Australia Merino sheepskin is highly developed in the paillary,but hardly grown in the reticular layer.
