摘    要:开发了具有热模锻和等温锻功能的63 MN锻造液压机的控制系统.下位机采用西门子S7-300与trio控制器相结合的方案,由trio控制器实现微速及同步调平控制的核心算法,西门子PLC完成工作台、电液操作、动力系统、润滑系统以及安全系统的控制,上位机采用WinCC编程实现设备运行状态、参数设置、故障监控等功能.运行实践表明,该系统等温锻工作速度控制在0.02~0.5 mm·s~(-1),热模锻工作速度控制在0.50~10 mm·s~(-1),调平精度小于0.05mm·m~(-1).

Abstract:A control system was developed for 63 MN forging hydraulic press with hot-die and isothermal forging. The lower machine was made of the trio controller and the S7-300. The trio controller run the key codes for the microspeed and multi-points leveling and the S7-300 worked for the operating platform, the electro-hydraulic system, the dynamic system, the lubrication system and the safety system. The upper machine was developed from WinCC and it was used for the facility's running states monitoring, the parameters setting, the faults detecting and so on. The experience shows that the speed can be controlled within 0.02~0.5mm·s~(-1)at hot die,0.50~10mm·s~(-1)at isothermal forging and the leveling accuracy is less than 0.05mm·m~(-1).
