掺锂渣再生混凝土细观结构与抗压强度关系研究

摘    要:基于计算机图像处理技术,从掺锂渣再生混凝土的CT图像中提取出孔隙结构,利用IPP和FractalFox软件对不同再生粗骨料取代率和不同锂渣掺量立方体试件的孔隙率、分形维数、形状因子进行了计算与统计,并对孔隙特征与立方体抗压强度进行了关联性研究.结果表明:掺锂渣再生混凝土的孔隙率与立方体抗压强度满足三次方程关系;一定范围...

Abstract:Based on the computer image processing technology,the pore structure from CT images of recycled concrete with lithium slag was extracted.The porosity,fractal dimension and shape factor of cube specimens with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and different lithium slag content were calculated and counted by IPP and FractalFox software,and the relationship between the three factors and cube compressive strength was studied.The results show that the porosity and compressive strength of recycled concrete with lithium slag satisfy the cubic equation relationship.There is a good correlation between the pore shape factor and compressive strength within a certain range.
