| Abstract: | Analyze the following problems in 150 kt/a DME unit since it＇s operation, which are unstable operation, low methanol conversion, low productivity, high consumption and equipment corrosion, etc. The improvement measures are proposed, afterwards the unit operates stably, the production and quality meet the design standards, energy is saved and consumption is lowered. |
