大型精密透镜定中心工艺新方法及装备

本文提出了用于大口径长焦距物镜的定中心工艺方法与机床设备,它与常规的工艺方法不同,是利用一个精密空气轴承主轴作为磨边,胶合和装配的公共基准轴,由此可保证高精度大口径物镜(如航摄物镜,侦察卫星照相机镜头,气泡宣照相广角镜头等)最终装配后的定心精度要求。

New Methods and Equipment for Centering Technology of Large Precision Lenses

This paper present technology methods and machine tool for centering of objective with large diameter and Ions focal distance.It differ from conventional optical technology methods by using a precision air-bearing spindle as common reference axis of edging,cemcneing and mounting processes of lenses,so that it ensure the final mounting centering accuracy of high precision and large diameter lenses.(Such as Avviogon Objectives,SPy Satellite Camera,Wide—angle objectives for bubble— chamber photography etc.)
