手摇式多功能康复床的结构设计

摘    要:为了让生活不能自理的病人进行康复训练并减轻护理人员的压力,本文运用机械设计和机械原理知识,基于Pro/e三维实体建模分析软件,对手摇式多功能康复床的床架结构和驱动机构进行了设计.该床架各铝型材之间采用紧固元件进行连接固定,保证铝型材接头处达到最大刚度,同时通过手摇手柄驱动整套丝杠机构和锥齿轮传动机构实现支背和曲腿功能.研究结果表明,手摇式多功能康复床可以使护理人员根据病人需要适时地作出调整,实现支背、腿部放低、洗脚、大小便等功能,该设计不但减轻了护理人员的劳动强度,而且给被护理人员提供了一个整洁舒适的生活疗养环境.该研究在医疗康复领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Structural Design of Manual Multifunctional Rehabilitation Bed

Abstract:In view of the patients that can't take care of themselves, in order to make this part of the com- munity rehabilitation training, and release the pressure of the nurses at the same time, this article designs manual multi-functional rehabilitation bed based on Pro/e software. The bed frame is used between the alu- minum fastening element to connect fixed aluminum joints to ensure maximum rigidity, while driving through the hand lever set screw mechanism and bevel gear drive mechanism to achieve branch back and curved legs feature. The results show that multi-function hand rehabilitation nurses based on the patient bed can make timely adjustments necessary to achieve from the back, lower legs, feet, urine and other functions. The study will not only reduce the labor intensity of nursing staff, but also provide a clean and comfortable living environment convalescence for the nurses.
