基于DS1267的精密数控电压源设计

摘    要:该数控直流稳压电源采用单片机控制高精度的数字电位器DS1267,实现电压在1.25~13V之间可调输出,步进0.04V;且输出电压通过A/D MAX187采集反馈,实时闭环调整输出电压,保证了输出电压的精确度。系统输出电压采用LED数码管动态扫描显示。与传统稳压电源相比,具有操作方便、电压稳定度高、连续可调、精确等特点。适用于检修电路精确可变电压的提供或直流供电等场合,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:This digital controlled direct-current power supply which uses the singlechip to control high accuracy digital potentiometer DS1267 realizes the voltage changing from 1.25V to 20V with a step 0.04V.The output voltage got from A/D MAX187 realizes the closed loop feedback.The output voltage compares with the setting value to adjust output voltage real-time so as to enhance the output voltage precision.The system output voltage uses the LED nixietube dynamic scanning demonstration.Compared with the traditional stable voltage source,it has the features such as easy operation,high stability,continuous adjustment and so on.It can provide precise variable voltage during the course of inspection and repair.And the power can meet various requirements.So the power has the high value.
