| 摘 要： | EXCEL提供了丰富的函数功能,在许多领域中都得到广泛的应用.船员考务工作向来比较繁杂,劳动强度大且容易出错.正确使用EXCEL的逻辑函数IF、查找和引用函数VLOOKUP和MATCH以及检测函数ISNA,可以准确地统计出每个考生每门考试科目的成绩,还可以自动显示该考生的考试情况,既准确又方便快捷.

| Abstract: | The software EXCELL can be widely used to decrease the labor intensity and avoid mistakes in the seaman examination management with its multiple functions.If the EXCELL functions such as IF,VLOOKUP,MATCH and ISNA are correctly applied,we can list the score of a single subject and the general examination result for each examinee,which is precise and time saving. |
