摘    要:热熔对接焊是聚乙烯管材的一种常用焊接方式,焊接接头的性能关系到管道系统应用的安全性和使用寿命,因此焊接性能的评价是聚乙烯管道系统性能评价的重要组成部分。本文介绍了热熔焊接原理,综述了常用的对接焊接头性能评价方法及其应用,其中包括破坏性评价方法、非破坏性评价方法及长期性能评价方法等,还介绍了目前国内常用的对接焊接头的评价方法。

Abstract:Heat-fusion butt weld is a conventional weld process.Its performance of weld joints has a bearing on application safety and life expectancy of pipeline system,therefore evaluation of welding performance makes up an important part of the evaluation for poluethylene pipeline system.The principle of heat-fusion weld was described,evaluation methods including destructive evaluation methods,non-destructive evaluation methods and long term performance evaluation,and use of performance of conventional butt weld joints were reviewed.Conventional evaluation methods for butt weld joints at home were also presented.
