氟苯咪唑合成工艺的改进

摘    要:研究了以3,4 二氨基 4′ 氟二苯酮和O 甲基异脲甲酸甲酯反应合成氟苯咪唑的工艺改进。采取分段升温 中间过滤法,提高了产品质量,收率大幅增加,与原工艺相比,总收率增加16个百分点,可达80.5%。实验证明,该工艺简单可靠,质量稳定,具有工业生产价值。

Abstract:The improved process that flubenimidazole was prepared by the reaction of (3,4-diaminophenyl) (4-fluorophenyl) methanone with-o-methyl-isourea methyl formate was described. According to this method, the reaction temperature was increased by two steps , and the intermediate was filtrated. The results showed that the quality of product was improved and the yied was raised.Compared with original process, the total yield was raised 16%, it reached 80.5%. It was testified that the improved process was simple and reliable, and the product quality was stable . It can be used in the manufacture.
