摘    要:介绍了硫铁矿制酸的精料政策、富氧焙烧和废热回收情况。加强低品位硫铁矿精选、高铁烧渣回收、富氧空气焙烧、废热回收,不仅符合国家循环经济的产业政策,而且可大幅度提升硫铁矿制酸企业的经济效益。

Abstract:Concentrate feed policy, oxygen-enriched air roasting and waste heat recovery of sulphuric acid plants based on pyrite are described. Enhancing concentration of low grade pyrite, recovery of high-iron cinder,oxygen-enriched air roasting and recovery of waste heat not only conform to China s circular economy policy,but also can greatly improve economic performance of sulphuric acid plants based on pyrite.
