基于MATLAB的液位控制系统仿真与校正

摘    要:在采用了合理的实际参数值的基础上,建立了液位控制系统的数学模型即传递函数模型,再利用MATLAB对原系统传递函数模型进行仿真并分析其时域性能指标和频域性能指标是否达到实际工作中的相关要求.若某些指标不能满足相关要求,则需要考虑利用PI控制器、滞后-超前校正或最优控制等校正方法设计校正装置对原系统进行校正直至得到合理的校正方案.通过比较各个校正方案的校正结果,可知在串联积分环节后再采用滞后-超前校正是最佳校正方案,此方案完全消除了原系统的静态误差,并使得超调量降为16.7%,调节时间降为4.18s,达到了较为理想的校正目的.

The Simulation and Correction of the Liquid Level Control System Based onMATLAB
Abstract:The mathematical model(the transfer function model) was established based on the reasonable and actual parameters.Then the stability and fast response of the original system were simulated and analyzed with MATLAB software from the time domain and frequency domain performance indexes.If some indexes did not meet the requirements,the original system needed to be corrected by some improved measures,such as cascading one integral or lag-lead correction,adopting PI control and so on. Comparing these simulation results after taking improved measures,we came to the conclusion that cascading one integral and the lag-lead correction was the best correction method,which completely eliminated the static error of the original system and made the overshoot drop to 16.7% and the setting time reduced to 4.18s.
