探究通信工程专业学生就业现状及对策研究

随着科学技术的进步和社会生活水平的提高，大规模通信网络、大量的移动终端业务以及丰富多彩的应用程序层出不穷，特别是4G通信的普及等，通信服务正在逐渐成为一种社会生活的基本需求，因此，人们也对对通信服务的质量和多样性提出了更高的要求。未来通信网络的发展需要更多的通信工程专业技术人才，对通信工程专业人才的知识更新提出了更高的要求。但是，鉴于目前通信工程专业学生就就业以及就业中的表现而言不尽人意，因此，尤其以应用型本科通信工程专业如何及时调整院校人才培养结构和内容，培养大批量业务技能优秀的人才，跟上通信时代的日益更新显得尤为重要。本文将主要针对近些年毕业生就业率分析和就业现状反馈，提出提高通信工程专业学生的就业率对策。
