| 摘 要： | 目前CdS材料的制备方法有很多种，但是最常用的是化学水浴法。本文研究了浓度、反应溶液pH值、温度、沉积时间对CdS缓冲层薄膜的影响，对CIGS薄膜太阳能电池缓冲层CdS薄膜的制备方法进行了论述。

| Abstract: | At present,the preparation methods of CdS has many kinds,The chemical bath deposition(CBD)is the most commonly method.In this review,the effects of concentration,pH,temperature and deposition time on the CdS buffer layer were studied.The preparation methods of CIGS thin film for CdS thin film solar cells were discussed. |
