| Abstract: | In this paper,the characteristics of transformer capacity testing instrument,combined with the behavior of stealing electricity,and discuss the application of transformer capacity testing in the work of anti electric larceny.I hope that through this paper,the behavior of stealing electricity help electric power enterprises to better guard against criminals. |
