| 摘 要： | 精神科病房对监控系统的运用有利于医院对精神病患者的日常活动展开全方位的监控与观察,同时规范护理人员行为,提高护理质量,保障护理安全.本文采用监控系统即时观察与回顾性观察法,对医院精神科病房在实施监控前后的护理质量与不良事件发生率进行测评,结果表明,监控系统的应用对精神疾病护理质量的提升以及不良事件的预防均发挥了重要的作用.

| Abstract: | The application of monitoring system in psychiatric nursing can help hospital make an all-around monitoring and observation to psychiatric patients' daily life as well as standardize nursing behavior, improve nursing quality,ensure nursing safety.By using the real-time observation and retrospective observational method,we make an evaluation on nursing quality and adverse event rate about monitoring implement in this paper.It turned out that,monitoring system can play an important role in nursing quality's improvement and adverse events' prevention. |
