信息科技下建筑工程项目进度控制管理研究

建筑工程项目进度控制是建筑工程项目管理的重要工作.但是由于影响工程项目进度的因素较多,因此对于建筑工程项目的进度管理与控制是非常关键的.本文以Z学院实验楼建设工程项目为例,对其建设进度中出现的问题展开研究,提出了相应的进度控制措施.
